Grape varieties: Equal parts Timorasso, Cortese and trace amounts of Favorita and Giallo.

Description: A dry, medium-bodied white demonstrating floral notes, lime, green apple, pear and mineral. Paired often with seafood dishes of the Ligurian coast. Also pairs nicely with fish and chicken dishes.

About the Producer: Oltretorrente is an artisan family-run boutique winery set atop the smooth hills of the Tortona region in Piedmont. The Oltretorrente estate covers only 3 1/2 hectares where the focus has been the care and conservation of old vines, some of which were planted a century ago. Their objective: to make quality wines that organically embody the history and biodiversity of the land.
